Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy only in the case of a broken or damaged watch.

To be eligible for a return, you must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish (without any cuts).

Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video as proof.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

General Policy
Perfume Products*: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any perfume products, including body mist perfumes, car perfumes, and room fresheners. We encourage you to carefully review product details and specifications before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within *48 hours* of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.


We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as per the situation.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes, body mists, and other similar products are non-returnable due to safety and quality assurance protocols.
  • Customized or third-party manufactured items are also non-returnable.


Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within *3-7 business days* to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
